  7. Back from vacation! It was an awesome trip. Used my Staley razor with first a Rapida Swedish in the Red, White, and Blue package, then with a Gillette 7 o'clock Black. Got about 7 shaves from each before they started to tug. Used my Jabonman soap and aftershave, with a travel boar. Reused photo. Some observations from this set up:
    1) Don't use a sweet floral scented soap and balm in a place with a lot of bees.
    2) I can get way more than 3 shaves from these blades.
    3) My big Boar LE brush is a soap eating monster compared to my travel Boar.
    4) The Staley Live head on a heavy handle is an aggressive shaving beast that demands a light touch.
    5) There is no way I will catch up on the thread this month. Did I mis anything important?

  12. I suppose. That's the first time I saw that on ANY of my brushes, let alone the Pure Badger.
  13. Welcome back Adam.

  14. A really nice picture, Doug. Are you liking the Blackbird? How does the DE coating effect the glide of the cap?
  15. Too funny.
  16. Welcome back! Glad you had a good time!
  17. Glad it was a good trip. You you can go back to work and relax.
  18. Yeah, about that..

I had cell service at one point last week. About 2/3rds of what could have gone wrong while I was out did go wrong. My direct report called me to let me know. This week is not going to be fun,
  19. and a nice photo, to boot.
  20. let's see...3 days remaining, and a 5 pt. lead-I'm going to say Cookies gets the W for this month's survey.
