SOTD: Lazy Monday morning shave using this rescaled and newly-honed, Solingen-made Wald 5/8" razor, Soap Commander 'Renewal' floral fougére soap, vintage Rubberset boar brush, and Fine 'Snake Bite' aftershave tonic. Comfy shave. Have a great Monday, gents!

Mowed the lawn then walked the dogs... then it was time for a shower and shave:

While I was pushing the mower I decided upon the following:

CO Bigelow Shave Cream (finally remembered it was menthol Monday)
Razorock synthetic brush
vintage GEM Junior loaded with a Gem blade (2nd use)
Post Shave: Witch Hazel, Mennen Afta Original, and Brut

As expected it was a fun shave (both face and head), but I got a little careless on the face shave. I got too confident with this new-to-me razor and ended up with bleeders on my chin and neck. Nothing serious, just enough to bleed a little and burn (still burning a little after 30 minutes), reminding me that I'm a rookie with these SE razors.
