Another good shave this morning with this particular razor. The blade even felt smoother and better after a quickleather strop. An excellent 3 pass BBS shave that has left me thinking on why this razor hasn't seen much light . Well, at least to me. Regardless an excellent result. Have a great day and shaves Gents.....

Actually Doug I purchased it through Ebay with proprietary blades from the original manufacturer in NOS condition. They are carbon steel and actually work quite well. I'll post a pic once I get home from work.....

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Tabac Shaving Cream face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #217 synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Schick G and a Personna Stainless blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Lucky Tiger AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

The Featherweight provided a nice, comfortable, and close shave this morning. Smooth and easy to use. I go back and forth about the Featherweight and its qualities but today was one of the positive shaves with it. Enjoyable experience overall.
