This is one lovely smelling soap and an absolute top performer to boot! It’s green floral, it’s woody, it’s rosy, it’s fresh, it’s slick as f. WK has managed a floral Oud without fallling into the sweet generic trap, as there is sufficient zest in here too.

On its second use, I think I loaded the brush much more than its first and my my my, this isperfect in size, face feel, tips, flow-through, you name it.

One of the few razors I'm actively seeking. The Type F was made for a very short run just before The U.S. joined in on WWII. With metals being turned to the war effort they didn't make as many as other models.

Chris @Bama Samurai may have gotten a more correct date on the stick. I sent it to him, cut from the unused end of a lucky find here in South West Louisiana. The stick was found in a red/brown plastic tube but missing the cap, the gold colored sticker partially worn off. Inside silver embossed foil identified the product. As I understand the history it was made during the 1950's or '60's.

A standard near BBS shave this morning, WTG/ATG, light clean up. The thinner lather really isn`t better after all. Built a real nice THICK lather, that is a better way to go (`methinks`). Anyway I enjoyed it a lot more. Just made my face feel better, I guess. There are a lot of variables that go into a quality shave, even when you use the same utensils from shave to shave. I guess the main ingredient is practice, practice, practice. That`s what my Daddy always said. I had a real bad spell there for awhile (medically), but I`m starting to regain my enthusiasm again. I`m enjoying my morning shaves again, thank you, Lord. God Bless to all and happy shaving.

Used one of the Blue Bird blades sent to me by @gorgo2 and it turned out to be wonderful shave. The blade is very smooth providing me a with a great two pass, with a little touch up, BBS shave.
