That's one high fidelity recording. I'm assuming it was recorded back in the 1970's when actual standards for dynamics and quality were part of studio engineering. They just don't record many of these types of intimate, up-close mixes with such distance from the quiet to loud sound in the mix. It's alive and sounds like I'm in front of them performing. Thanks for the music post. And, yeah, I have quite a nice audio system setup for my computer, so this was a treat.

Hi everyone, you guys have some great photographs and SOTDs. Looking good people. Here's my SOTD for today- For today's shave I used my father's 1952 Gillette Black Tip Super Speed. Lather was Old Spice Musk in a tube, blade was Bolzano Superinox. AS was Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve. Cologne, Ralph Lauren's Safari for Men. Dads old Super Speed provided for an excellent two pass DFS. I didn't know how well the Old Spice shave cream would perform, as it had escaped the purge when I threw away most of my shaving creams after the heat wave this summer that killed my air conditioner for a few days. The temps in my old mobile home were well over 100, Fahrenheit for three days. It ruined all my shave creams. I found this one in my travel bag. It did perform well too. So all in all I had a good shave. Have a blessed day everyone! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Unconditional Sunday Outstanding shave today reducing three days growth. I used UC salve as a pre shave and beard balm today to arrive at very smooth skin and a soft beard. I feel and smell great. I will certainly use this method again. It's going to be in the low nineties here in Montreal but after using the Glacial Lemon Chill trio I think I'm well-prepared. The soap delivered tons of beautiful lemony-scented lather and a king-sized freeze, the balm soothed my face while adding more chill, and the witch hazel really froze me out. My Astra blade held up for a final three pass BBS shave which I enjoyed immensely! Have a great Sunday!
