It just doesn't cut well anymore. Still, a fine shave was had and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks
I enjoy the performance of Tabac soap & find the scent acceptable. Do the AS, cologne, and deodorant have the same scent?
To me, the after shave has a slightly stronger scent and the cologne more subtle, maybe more refined, but they seem identical. I'm still waiting for my soap to arrive from England and will know when it shows up.

Tuesday`s shave, 9/26/2017 Razor: Personnan Flex Head Blade: Gillette Twinjector (2) Pre shave: Homemsde Brush: VDH Badger Lather: Proraso Green AS: Brut Splsh On News paper date: Dec. 24,1943 One beautiful shave, if I have to say so myself. WTG/ATG, slight amount of clean up. Proraso and the Twinjector (double blade) are probably one of the greatest pairings I have ever used, smooth, clean, close. Somewhat like ice skating on perfect fresh ice. Solid BBS, I will try to duplicate this as many times as I can. The only problem, I may get bored with near perfection................ Nah! Love to feel a really smooth face, sometimes even a nice smooth `upper face`. God bless and happy shaving. Bill P.S. Sorry `LiL Abner got lost somewhere in the shuffle.

Williams Wednesday's SE Shave Proraso Pre Shave Williams Mug Shaving Soap Jayaruh #206 GEM 1914 CVS SE CWR Thayer's Lemon WH Pinaud Clubman I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #206 badger brush. I did two passes with the GEM 1914 razor and a CVS SE blade. I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
SOTD 9.26.2017 Pre-shave: hot shower Soap: VDH Deluxe puck Brush: Marvy boar Razor: Eversharp Hydromatic I2 Blade: Chinese Schick (2) Post-shave: Dickinson's witch hazel, Nivea Sensitive Balm, Pinaud Bay Rum Enjoyed a nice shave after a day of lawn work. This is the 2nd time I've used this razor, acquired 3 days ago. I like it, but I'm liking all of my injector razors so far. I went with the VDH soap today because I like the scent, it's easy to build into a slick protective lather. I had a 2 pass, comfortable, close shave with some clean up on the neck. I got one nick on my neck which is still burning a little, but that was entirely my fault. I got carried away trying to clean up some stubborn stubble on the neck. Enjoy your shaves, everyone!
