I’ve been sitting in a plane at the gate for over an hour while they work on the plane. Will miss connection. This is going to be a long day. (Rant over)
Thanks, they just told me they are struggling figuring out how to he me home tonight. This will be interesting. Pushing back.
SEptember Drug Store Focus Truefitt & Hill Sandalwood Omega Pro 98 boar brush Osaka Suribachi bowl The Bunny & Chick blade Alum, Proraso Blue Lotion Great lather from a soap purchased off a street side shop in London. Thank you Chris @Bama Samurai. The brush I picked up from a Barbers Supply near by. The bowl through a trade with Jack @Sparrow in Japan. Whipped up a soothing scented lather using cool tap water and set The Bunny to it's task. Thanks to Tom @twhite for the trade. Using the NOTSO comb my three passes did away with a majority of my stubble but I nicked my chin. A bit of clean up on my neck and I called it done. Alum swiped generally cool, and the error closed up before I applied the subtlety scented AS lotion. I found a locally owned Pharmacy that stocks the full Proraso line so it counts as a Drug Store aftershave. With only one day left in this month, I probably won't get another shave in. Fortunately The Bunny is an Open Comb so it my stay out for more service. Good Shaves Y'all!
The milk run continues. Made it to Houston, now we are off to San Francisco and then Sacramento. Whine, whine, moan, moan
They just pulled me off the plane in Houston. Weather problems in San Francisco is what they’re telling us. Now I am scheduled to arrive in San Francisco at the exact same time as the last departure for Sacramento, aaaarggh!
Yesterday: Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Astra Superior Stainless blade 30DC brush TSD Barber Shoppe soap and AS Today: Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Sputnik Blade 30DC brush Route 66 Bourbon Jungle Avon Tribute No real complaints with either shave. I dig the scent of TSD Barber Shoppe. I didn't feel the Astra SS lived up to the performance of the SP. Not terrible, just not as smooth. Bourbon Jungle has to be my favorite scent ever. @SaltyBelle killed it. The Sputnik was much nicer in the Edwin Jagger. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Great picture Brian. He is growing up so quickly. Sorry to hear of your travel misfortunes. I know how bad that sucks. Good luck.
Smells like the Drug Store SEptember!!!! (Stirling Booster) September 29 Razor - Schick E2 Injector Blade - (5) Soap - Stirling Sandalwood Brush - Jayaruh #46 ASOD - The Veg Next to the last shave for SEptember so the Schick E2 gets one more shave. Stirling Sandalwood for the soap, the JR46 for the fantastic lather and two passes and a little bit of touch ups gets near-BBS. And, it's the smoothest the E2 had given me this month. This little razor could get addictive if I spent enough time with it. I've enjoyed both of the Schick Injectors this month as they took me back to when I first started shaving. I can see why they have continued to be popular. By the way - I was watching one of the James Bond movies today, I believe it was The Man With the Golden Gun with Roger Moore - and he was shaving with a Schick M. Kind of cool to spot that. Tomorrow finishes it up with the Gem 1912 for one more shave before hitting OCtober. I'm getting my OC's out and ready to go. Have a great weekend!
