I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #224 synthetic brush. I did the two passes with the AutoStrop VB1 and Feather SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Bon Vivant is a very nice compliment to Tabac. The lather was optimal, as usual and the brush felt softer - still not as soft as a synthetic, but much softer than it was when I got it. I'm going to use this brush all month to see how it changes as it breaks in.

A sweet three pass BBS shave which froze my face to smithereens from the Glacial Black Cherry soap. The lather could not have been better and the scent was so deliciously-potent. My 1950's Super Speed, loaded with a new Astra made quick work of my rough stubble so effortlessly and the Glacial Unscented balm added to the freeze, along with awesome soothing. I can't wait to receive my new bottle of Arctique aftershave because this one is soon going to be finished!

Lots of Bigelow cream on the SOTD posts today! It's good stuff. I followed suit with an enjoyable shave. Two days of growth were swiped away with ease and comfort. The Brisk aftershave is also loaded with menthol. Nice way to begin the work week.
