I spent the day lake fishing so I didn't get showered and shaved until late today. I had a pleasant day at the lake but none of the fish wanted to play today... no bites, nibbles or jumping out of the water. I don't usually get bored fishing, even when the fish aren't biting but this time I took the lunch hour off and went to a small town nearby to check out a couple of antique stores. That "fishing" trip paid off in that I acquired a Gillette Adjustable J2 (1964) in great shape (picture included). So, at least I felt the day was fruitful.
I did a face and head shave this evening. The Williams lathered up very well, and I got a close, comfortable face shave. I was working up the lather to do a head shave, but always wanting to try something new, I grabbed my bottle of Head Slick Shave Cream and added some of that to my Williams lather. Wow! That really added some creamy texture to the lather and the lather remained consistent (no dissipating) and slick throughout the head shave. I'll have to do that again!
Overall, the shaving was the best part of the day.... except for the Gillette Adjustable I found. I hope everyone is having a great week!

Okay... so I decided to add a picture of the beer. But I will not add a picture of the shower!

This is what I added to the Williams for the head shave. The resulting lather was outstanding!

This is the only "fish" I managed to catch today....
