Never saw Rushmore, but I like Momento. It is not a movie I would want to watch a lot of times, but it was quite fascinating.

the problem i had with momento was that it was too complex for my taste. i like movies that flow seamlessly.

I can understand that. It is certainly not a movie I would want to watch most nights, but there are times I like something like that. The story in Momento is great to watch unfold if you have never seen it -- much like Pulp Fiction.

    Talk about at odds

Rocky and First Blood are 2 of my fav movies.

    Now, everything else.....

I used to love Judge Dredd until he played in the movie.

Sleuth. Terrible, terrible movie, starring two great actors (Well, one great actor and one pretty good actor). As soon as I saw "Based on the play..." I knew I was in for it. Modern playwrights, man...too obsessed with their own cleverness by half.

Though David Mamet can make an ok movie or two...

I do tend to like movies from the 40s to the 60s. For example, I watched the original The Thomas Crown Affair tonight and loved it. Also, CBS now allows you to stream the first two seasons of Perry Mason! Sweet!

Pink Floyd's "The Wall" while on a certain hallucinogen soaked into paper squares;) The war scene had me in the fetal position and the kids turning into ground meat still brings back bad memories:( Thanks god I grew up.

I had to pick this one out of your list -- this was infinitely better than The Illusionist. It was just a fantastic movie.

I think one of the most underrated movies ever was Fight Club. Why? Because people don't like to think when they watch a movie.

And nuts to the Cloverfield haters! :taunt002

yeah i saw the illusionist after and i had high hopes for it.

    big waste of time.

i cant do fight club. cant get into it...haha.

btw, i just saw the minus man (owen wilson). weird movie, but i liked it.

What a weird cast. Sheryl Crow? Dwight Yoakam? Janeane Garofalo?

she looked better than crow in that movie IMO.

and normally that would be an OUTRAGEOUS accusation.

If you really need to purge your stomach of your most recent meal, watch "High School Musical III".

I swear if I have to sit through another one of these *&+^^%#$*()!%$# movies, I'm going to throw myself in front of a freight train.
