665 Toyo C&S Oxford and Cambridge 24mm Cashmere knot set at 47mm with a pretty snug knot hole Very nice shave again this morning. The Cashmere knot would do the trick for me. Very soft, adequate backbone for a great feel when face lathering. I'll be playing with this knot a bit more but my temporary glue job is a little more permanent then I'd like right now. But I have a plan for lather #2 with it. My only comment would be that I'm not sure if it will hold enough lather for a 3 pass shave. It isn't really an issue for me because I only do 2 passes myself. Have a good one.
Yamada Beauty 6/8. Perhaps, not that beautiful, but what this razor lacks on looks, it more than makes up for it it the quality of the shaves. Three passes and silky smooth..
Tonight's shave was with a newly acquired, and freshly honed razor. I had a very nice 2 pass shave, with this little powerhouse of a razor. I didn't have much hope, because it was a major "Rust Bucket" when I bought it. But, it delivered a very near BBS shave, without touch-ups. Great little razor, and I wouldn't hesitate getting another, if the price was right. Razor- SurEdge. 4/8th. Brush- B400 By Tom Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy Aftershave- Arctic Blue

It was my wife and I 24 year anniversary yesterday and while walking around Old Town Pasadena... we found an offer we could not refuse on a new Dovo "Bismark 2". It came "shave ready" and it was. Took her out for a test drive this morning and it was nice.
Nice picture or better yet, nice looking razor and strop that created the nice picture Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Tonight's shave was with a newly acquired razor, that already felt shave ready. I had stropped it well, and it seemed ready. But it wasn't, totally. I had a not totally comfortable 2 pass shave, that left me with a SAS. The aftershave felt like fire. From now on, every razor I buy, hits the stones, in one was or another.
