I really like this razor. I like the weight and size. The bevel that the razor had is a little thin at the toe. I did run it on my Trans Ark and Black Ark to just touch up the current edge. But I will need to reset the bevel sometime soon.
It was time to use my Engels this morning. It was a great shave this morning. Maybe I should start a new thread for this, but I’m beginning to get a little worried about this razor. Note the dark vertical streaks. I don’t recall them being there a few months back. Could it be.... I hope not.
Tonight's shave was with a newly acquired, restored(somewhat), and honed razor- I had a nice 2 pass shave, that left me near BBS. Zero issues. Razor- A.Halverson Co. "Star 46". Oklahoma City & Muskogee. Made in Germany Brush- Stirling Boar Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy Aftershave- Florida Water

Monday Shave 5/8 Claus Freemont OH I just refreshed this razor on my recently required Charnley Forest Hone .Edge came out great .Wonderful shave .
