How are you liking the Crown King Twee?

Had to stop using Stirling's Sharp Dressed Man as it didn't agree with my skin, and am looking for an alternative GIT clone soap and AS.

A fine three pass shave this morning with the Gillette Sensor 5. I am smooth and refreshed. Enjoy your day friends. ☺️
  7. What an awesome BBS shave this was. The MITA gave me wonderful lather which held up for three passes as well as a great chill. The Snake Bite really beefed up that chill!

    Wishing y'all a nice day!

I went back to the Autostrop this morning. I now have 12 shaves on the CS blade. First outing with the Mystic Waters Irish Traveller soap. I got it as I thought and still do think it smells a lot like Irish Spring soap. I like the soap. Nothing to write home about other than the scent but I like it. Let me use it a couple more times and I will give a full write up on it. I did three passes this morning, not BBS like the General gets but a DFS all the same. Finished off with the British Sterling and now I am ready to meet the day head on.

  15. Twee! (formely Tweed - same thing though) is unbelievable and smells more like GIT than any other tribute - they have crown king vegan formula and I bet it will be good for your skin (the vegan is very mellow - at least for me, tallow does cause me tingling but not too bad) - I highly recommend TWEE! (it was a St Pats Day seasonal but I think they kept it in stock), get the aftershave/cologne - it is worth it as the scent lasts all day long. Also, Uncle Jon's is Tallow - so prolly wont work for you..
