I just made the first of my NB18-prep orders-today was the last day for 2o% off for everything on the West Coast Shaving site. I'll be getting a matching aftershave and soap of Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber. Couldn't pass up the 20% off.

As you know, I'm doing NB18, but being verrrry selective.

Ah, maybe it's time for some reverse psychology. Would you care to join me in MB'18? The rules for Must Buy 2018 are that one must buy a minimum of one shaving-related item every month whether one wants to or not. Of course, when you rebel after a month or two and kick over the traces on MB'18, the result is that you spend nothing on shaving for the rest of the year...

At least that's the theory. What do you think?

That might work. I really don't see any major purchases. Maybe some aftershaves or Mikes/Mystic Water type soaps. Honestly as a former smoker that spent over $150 a month for years. Shaving is much cheaper not to mention much healthier.

Excellent three pass shave with a clean up under my chin for a near BBS. I've been watching football today, however, I haven't drank any beer so I have made no purchases.

Back at home only to suffer through an abysmal performance by Alabama in the Iron Bowl. They played flat and uninspired. Oh well....Roll Tide always!

I had almost three days of growth to mow down. Went with the E2 injector and it did the job. Smooth and comfortable with one pass and generous clean up on the neck and jaw. Will most likely skip shaving tomorrow and be back on schedule Monday morning.
