That's wonderful, Clint! UK is a fine school, and many of my friends are UK grads. Lexington is a very nice place to live. Maya will soon be in the land of BASKETBALL! I am very happy for her - exciting times ahead! But, oh man, talk about a house divided...Georgia, Alabama, and Kentucky fans living under the same roof.
You know, with all of these scrapbooking backgrounds, maybe we should get you to make commemorative 30DC scrapbooks for everyone. They would go well with the brushes @jtspartan made.

NOVember!!! November 26 - Pot luck shaves Razor - 1946-47 Gillette Aristocrat Blade - (2) Pre-shave - Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap Soap - Stirling Ozark Mountain Brush - Jayaruh #46 Post - Alum So, I barely survived using the Voskhod in the Aristocrat last night, coming away with a perfect BBS by sheer luck, after @wristwatchb challenged me to try it. Talk about pressure! So what happens next? @Screwtape ups the pressure by suggesting I might get two - or even three - consistent shaves with it! What?!?! That's crazy talk there! Well, who am I to turn down a challenge, right? Even one as totally unrealistic as this one. But wait, I think I can make it a bit more challenging. Let's change to soap up to something a bit risky. Say...........Stirling, yeah that will do it. And add the pre-shave soap just because. Switch to the JR46 and yeah, I think we have the recipe for disaster. I can only hope and pray I have the skills to survive this one. (Anyone buying this? Anyone? Buehler? Buehler? ) Well, I'm happy to report that, against all odds, I managed to get a BBS out of this incredibly difficult and unorthodox setup tonight. Don't ask me how. Apparently luck is still on my side and if I decide to risk it all and try it again tomorrow night all I can say is I may have proved I need heavy medication. In the meantime I'm just happy to have barely survived such a difficult challenge with such a perfect result. It's almost like DECember is already here! Talk about CRAZY!

November 27, 2017 OneBlade Genesis Modified Gem PTFE (1) Rubberset 400 #3 with WSP HMW Nuàvia Blu I am feeling a little rough this morning with a good amount of abdominal pain most likely due to the double layer of hernia mesh. The big 400 made short work of lathering the Blu. The OneBlade Genesis is the perfect razor for such a morning. Three passes and touch ups along my jawline and neck almost let me catch the baby. For today that is an A+ shave. I hope everyone has a great Monday.
