    Pinaud Clubman AS

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The PSC Caffeinated Shave Cream face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #30 silvertip badger brush. I did two passes with the H. Böker 5/8 Razor and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Up next in the rotation was my AW Wadsworth “Boss”. It was a nice and smooth shave.

Tonight's shave was with a little known razor, that's a big performer. I had a 2 pass shave, that left me near BBS. Zero issues.

    Razor- John Brown
    Brush- Stirling Boar
    Soap- Arko/Sandalwood
    Aftershave- Florida Water

I picked up this True Hard Arkansas a couple of weeks ago but haven't messed with it much. I flattened it and worked down the surface with a translucent white. The idea was to finish on my black Arkansas but after looking at the edge with the loupe it was looking good and decided to shave off the true hard. I got a excellent shave this morning. I can't imagine getting a better shave but I'll take it to the black before the next one. Have a good one.

    Cherry Coke Saturday Shave...

A/S: Captain’s Choice 45th Parallel balm (cherry scent)
    Soap: The Sudsy Soapery Cola
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft Bruce
    Razor: Puma 18

Just a smidge (technical term) under 15/16, full hollow, jimps on top/bottom. I like the black Puma scales, but these yellow ones stand out for me.

Finished it in a trans arki, very time consuming to hone this blade on regular stones. But the effort was worthwhile it did give a pretty good shave. I can tell I need practice though.

Zoologist sent me a sample pack when I bought Civet, I was impressed across the board at the quality. Now I own three, Civet, Rhinoceros and Dragonfly. All there scents are complex, hormones and very well executed. In addition to smelling wonderful the packaging is excellent too. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I just love the “noise” these Solingen hollow ground blades make when they’re working.
Both of my Flics are wonderful shavers. I would highly recommend scoring one if you get the opportunity. They don’t come up very often.

Solingen steel on a @Drygulch 45 strop, 30 on the leather, 20 on the polyester. Two passes to menthol bliss. Thanks to @Keithmax for turning me on to Aust a couple years back!

    Have a great evening!
