December 12 , 2017 OneBlade Genesis Modified Gem PTFE (6) WDC-6 with Tuxedo Knot Proraso Cypress and Vetyver Shaving Cream Proraso Cypress and Vetyver After Shave Balm Another automatic near prefect 3 pass shave this morning. I am really enjoying this Proraso Single Blade shaving cream. While subtle the scent is very nice and the cream has proven to be exceptionally slick. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.
DECember 12 SOTD: PAA Atomic Rocket Brush MWF Schick Type J Stirling Unscented PSB Stetson AS Another great shave this morning. Two passes and BBS. This razor has a Personna Twinjector blade, and it definitely gets a close shave. Some Stetson for a little drug store decadence, and I am off to start my day. I hope everyone has a great day!
Gem Clog Pruf Gem Stainless (5) Semogue BC Mistura Stirling Rose Soap Commander Love ASB A very nice shave, but I did have a reaction to the soap this morning. Low grade burning that lasted about 10-15 minutes.
You are the second person in this thread with a reaction to the same soap. Reactions like that can ruin an otherwise great shave.

SOTD December 12, 2017 Prep: Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap Blade: Schick Razor: Schick M adjustable injector Brush: JR #60 synthetic Lather: Scots Pine Sheep Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Scots Pine aftershave WTG, touch up Nice shave this morning. I put a little water on top of the soap and then started loading with the dry synthetic brush. Add more water to the soap and keep loading. This brush needs a small amount of water and this method made terrific lather. Slick, well-hydrated, and plentiful - love Stirling! The Schick adjustable on setting 7 swiped it all away with ease and comfort. Very nice all around. Have a great day!
Great picture as usual, Mark. I just got some Oleo Soapworks in the mail yesterday. What do you think of it?

Another great photo Mark. Let us know what you think of the soap. Great photo Perry. Excellent idea on using a dry brush. I might have to give that a try. Great photo Brian. I bet you are extremely busy getting ready for the move. Take care.
