    Irena's beautiful fall picture in this thread reminded me of some of the things I love about this country. Thought I'd share a few.
    Himeji Castle--AKA The White Heron. A beautiful, huge castle in Hyogo prefecture, near Kobe. Crappy weather, but a striking view.

    Thanks for sharing the pictures. They remind me of how beautiful some of Japan was when I visited a few years ago.
