    Post: Cold water rinse / Witch Hazel / L'Occitane Cade After Shave Balm

    apart from one little glitch, that was a very efficient shave..BBS, and ready for the weekend.

    I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The De Vergulde Hand Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #240 synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Gem 1911 Lather Catcher Razor with an Original Gem Cutlery SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Speick AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    I love Sangre de Drago. But I pair the aftershave with Cyril L Salter Sandalwood and my Bvlgari Man in Black cologne. The combination is beyond stellar. Sangre de Drago by itself is still fantastic.

    I love th with scent of Sangre de Drago. You are much more versed on scents than I am, so I can imagine you are correct about your pairing.
