Fine

I just purchased my first bottle of Fine After Shave and I like it..... Has a nice bite that I enjoy.

 

I have a couple. Platinum and L'Orange Noir. I like both but they do have quite a bit of menthol so they will wake you up. I also have a couple Fine soaps - they're not expensive. I especially like their American Blend. Its a hard puck so you need a container or mug for it. It does make nice lather though.

 

American Blend would probably be my first.

 

I have the L'Orange as well. Enjoy the menthol in it and the scent. Have a puck of fine's L'Orange soap but haven't used it yet.

Right now im using the L'Orange with Mike's orange cedarwood & black pepper soap and Terre d Hermes cologne.

 

I like the American Blend quite a bit and just discovered another good one in Santal Absolut.

 

I have platinum and love it. Had American blend and hated it.

 

I currently have Italian Citrus, Platinum, L' Orange Noir, American Blend, Fresh Vetiver and Santal Absolut .. they are all really great as a fragrance and i rank them at the top as far as alcohol based AS's go.

 

Santal absolut smells just like one of my favorite scents, AoS sandalwood, but at a fraction of the price

 

Mr. Fine makes good stuff, aftershaves as well as soaps. I have, in order of use aftershaves, Fine Fresh Vetiver, Platinum, L'Orange Noir, American Blend, and Italian Citrus.

 

Love my Fine aftershaves glad i bought them all before the price hike ..

I agree, very nice. Only improvement I'd make is to switch the Buckeyes out for Razorbacks!!!!

Thanks, it's my basement bathroom that i use and made into my "shave cave" it matches my Buckeyes theme in the rest of my basement

I only have Snake Bite which I love because of the intense menthol kick but it's pretty well unscented. I wouldn't mind trying American Blend or Santal Absolut.

 

I think both are fantastic and the wife agrees so I recommend both very highly.

 

My wife says the AoS sandalwood smells great on me so if the Santal Absolut is that similar I'd definitely buy it.
