Wonderful shave this morning, loaded the Mamba with a Personna Lab Blue, smooth and efficient. Blue Fougere whipped up very nicely with the RazoRock 400. Ive always face lathered up until I got this soap, having to use a bowl has given me some of the best suds I've ever had. I'm all in Have a blessed day.

Pre: Warm water face wash Brush: Maseto 24mm ST Soap: P&B Solaris Razor: Treet SE Blade: Gem SS Post: Warm then cold water rinse, Cella AS I bought this razor for the handle, also thinking it was Treet's version of a 1912. But when I received it, I noticed the safety bar was actually more akin to a Clog Pruf than a 1912. I don't know which came first, the MMCP or the Treet. If anyone could tell me, I would appreciate it. Well after all that waffle, you might want to know how it shaved? Not bad, very smooth but it struggled with the grey sections of my stubble and it wouldn't be my choice as a daily driver.
I probably wrote this before, as I think it was you who wrote once before about your "house divided", but on the Thanksgiving 1971 "Game Of The Century" Nebraska-Oklahoma, we had some division working. It was like a Ping-Pong match, with my Aunt(OU alum)and my Dad and his brother(they lived in York and Lincoln for many years of their childhood)going back and forth with "YAAAYY!".
Thursday's Shave Proraso Pre Shave Col. Conk Amber Jayaruh #144 Gillette New Improved Astra SP CWR Thayer's Lemon WH Barbasol AS I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Col. Conk Amber Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #144 Badger brush. I did two passes with the Gillette New Improved and an Astra SP blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Barbasol AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
