Okay, veering this thread back to the topic, I just noticed another cool feature (at least to me) of Chrome -- it is spell checking when I submit posts.

Konqueror and Firefox both do that.

I think Konqueror needs to spell check itself! :happy102

Actually, I broke out my USB Floppy drive last night and un-arj:ed an old application from 1994! Had to hold my breath when it started chewing suspiciously on the 2:nd disc, but it went through! And I can now run an old app from 14 years ago, complete with sales orders and purchase orders that have been long forgotten :p Almost like travelling in time :D

Seriously, Google seems to have their stuff together, and this browser is just smokin'. I was reluctant to change at first, but I'm sure glad I did.

Google does a lot of good stuff in spite of their detractors.

I tell you what, I'd like to work for Google. Have you ever seen what their company perks look like? They're pretty selective on who they hire, but the ones that make the cut get the royal treatment.

That's right. Amazing amount of revenue those text ads produce!

That's the truth. I'm going to give Chrome a chance once I get back home.

    What about Hunt the Wumpus?

Now you are dating yourself the other way. Carmen Sandiego is a baby compared to Oregon Trail and Hunt the Wumpus

I use it too, except when I am on a Mac. I wish they had it available for Mac. I just installed it on my Mom's computer. I think it is more user friendly than any other browser I have used, and it is pretty much idiot proof.
