Okay, veering this thread back to the topic, I just noticed another cool feature (at least to me) of Chrome -- it is spell checking when I submit posts.
Actually, I broke out my USB Floppy drive last night and un-arj:ed an old application from 1994! Had to hold my breath when it started chewing suspiciously on the 2:nd disc, but it went through! And I can now run an old app from 14 years ago, complete with sales orders and purchase orders that have been long forgotten Almost like travelling in time
Seriously, Google seems to have their stuff together, and this browser is just smokin'. I was reluctant to change at first, but I'm sure glad I did.
I tell you what, I'd like to work for Google. Have you ever seen what their company perks look like? They're pretty selective on who they hire, but the ones that make the cut get the royal treatment.
That's the truth. I'm going to give Chrome a chance once I get back home. What about Hunt the Wumpus? :happy102 happy102 happy102:happy102 Now you are dating yourself the other way. Carmen Sandiego is a baby compared to Oregon Trail and Hunt the Wumpus
Now, this is an old game... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colossal_Cave_Adventure Here's another old one you can still play with flash... http://www.douglasadams.com/creations/infocomjava.html But my personal fav is still DuckHunt! http://www.joshbuhler.com/games/duckhunt/
I use it too, except when I am on a Mac. I wish they had it available for Mac. I just installed it on my Mom's computer. I think it is more user friendly than any other browser I have used, and it is pretty much idiot proof.
