Saturday morning - something new: Nivea Facial Wash Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Super Speed/Astra day 6 Rockwell SS Lubriderm Moisturizer Booster Polar Ice AS Splash This is a Canadian-made soap which my father-in-law bought me and he says it's pretty good. I like the scent of it so far and I can't wait to see how it performs. I love that Polar Ice aftershave so much! Note: this new soap is Rockwell, not Gordon!

I can shave with most razors......but the R41 is particularly difficult for me I have probably used it less than 10 times in all the years I have owned it! Good to know there is still hope for me!
Jeeves Bay Rum, 30 DC LE Cashmere Cypress, Suribachi and warm water '59 Fat Boy (E-4) - number 9 & Feather Hi-Stainless blade Pinaud Special Reserve AS Cologne
I assume it smells the same; Indiana Jones's Jacket? It was suggested that the plastic bottles were not the best place to keep Pinaud products, so I moved mine to glass right after I got it. Exposure to sunlight could affect the color.
For Saturday's shave, I might as well essay it out, since my post-shave today was a disaster(my fault only): prep-Dove Care + Men Bodywash shave-Local&Gent Shaving Co. Fields&Streams brush-WSP Pure Badger razor-Gillette Sensor Deuce Pivot DisposeABLE A.S.-Stirling Sandpiper w/Menthol
The 2011 R41 is, imo, the MOST unforgiving DE razor that I have ever used. I have heard tell of other very aggressive DE's, but I don't have any personal experience with the others. Angle and pressure are everything with the R41. Until I got used to it, it didn't matter what blade I used. It's not my daily driver, but if I have skipped a shave day, it's an absolute winner!

The Hawk is, in my opinion one of the finest single edge razors on the market today, thanks to PickledNorthern for this beautiful gift. A2 pass shave,WTG/ATG with the normal amount of clean up, resulting in a fantastic shave, smooth, clean and close. I`m thinking BBS all the way. My 5 `o clock shadow won`t show until about 8 tonight (I shaved this morning at 7). A happy Camper wishing for the to all. God Bless. Bill

Soap: Henri et Victoria (Cognac and Cuban Cigars) Blade: Feather Razor: Feather AS/D2 Brush: Leo Frilot AS: Henri et Victoria (Cognac and Cuban Cigars) I achieved a BBS today. It was the first time I used this brush and the first time using Henri et Victoria. The brush preformed great I am very happy with it. The soap and AS are great lather and slickness I give it a 9. The scent is a 7 in my book just because I wish it lasted longer. All around today's shave was very enjoyable. Semper Fi
