Thanks Jim. We're moving later this year...the new furnace goes in the basement and will have a short drain line. The dryer vent will be short and will go straight out to the wall. No water lines running in outside walls if at all possible. No el cheapo builder grade fixtures, esp. toilets. A couple of extra nickels spent upfront can save many headaches later.

Glad you got it fixed Charlie. I know you are excited about the move. When does construction on the new house start?

Another great looking brush. You really have a very nice collection of brushes. :happy096:

Thank you Mark. I like the looks of the razor and brush. So far they work as good as they look which is always a bonus.

Good deal. It is always nice to be able to pick fixtures and finishes.

We are going to start later this spring on a series of repairs and upgrades. Plan on taking it slow but over the next couple of years, our goal is to have the place in perfect shape to sell. Since it will be just the two of us, I think we will be ready to move to a smaller home.

I was not previously familiar with Dorian brushes, but you sure have been putting up some great photos. Wow. I need to look them up.

Be sure to lock up the paypal and cc before looking on his website. ;) I just barely escaped without buying something.

You guys down south have been getting harsher weather than we are. We’ve had a hard January thaw, and in the southern half of the state, all the snow (that gets sun exposure) is gone. I was working in MPLS yesterday, and it was 48 degrees.

I can’t take credit for that, Clint. I believe it was @Screwtape who pointed that out. Beautiful pic as always!

Sounds like a great plan, Clint. I look forward to hearing more about your plans.

It's probably a good time to sell the motorcycle, too. :shocked003: Just kidding, I recommend a three-car garage with one bay dedicated to motorcycles.

My apologies to @Screwtape I must be getting older because my memory is shot.

If I am unable to ride a lot this summer, the motorcycle might just be gone. That'll leave me room for a small convertible in the third bay until we downsize. :happy097:

We've got an inch or two of snow on the ground, but the temps are forecasted to be mostly above freezing through the end of the month. We're looking for some days in the 50s next week.
