  1. Proraso Red is an outstanding scent.
  2. The 34c is likely a better razor to refine your skills with than a Futur. I love the Futur, but it is a little bit different in feel. Both will give you great shaves for a long time to come.

  3. Jason, you always manage to pull off great lighting on your pics. Super cool.
  4. Come on over!
  5. I am glad you got the Cooper straightened out. It would have been a bummer if there was an issue with the razor.
  6. I have to agree on the Soap Commander. Anyone who says you have to have tallow to make a good soap has never Super-Gooped this stuff. Other than Stirling, it is the only soap I use to shave test the edge on a straight. Part of it is consistency and familiarity. I have built hundreds of lathers with the stuff, but is is also slicker than snot. I just wish they would go to a wider, shallower tub.

  7. I am glad you both made it safely. It looks like you found a beautiful new place to live. Congrats Brian, I am truly happy for you both.

  8. Have a good ride amigo! highfive.gif
  9. Never considered the tub size, but I agree with you. It would be easier to load in a Stirling size container. But, first world problems!

  10. Right, you just dip in and spread, . Quite similar to Pinaud;'s Hair-styling gel.

  14. You just moved there to be closer to Gssixgun.
  15. Second go-round with Clubman Reserve Gent's Gin this morning. I think I shouldn't have used the Foamy Menthol-the two "chill" products appeared to cancel each other out. The Gent;s Gin went on a little tight, but once it settles down it's nice, The Brandy one would have been better with Foamy Menthol, is my guess. For my next Gent's Gin, I'll try Barbasol Original-more "neutral" than Foamy Menthol.
  16. Thank you.

I am taking my sweet time getting ready so the sun warms things up. Now I need to go check the tire pressure etc and get all the gear on.
  17. Thank you both, it was a fun evening.

  18. Since it went from 16 to 60 in 3 days I felt like it was a Bayrum kind of day. Crown King Pineapple Bayrum with the standby VIBR. Used the Murkur 38c with a Shark Stainless and some alum to finish.

  19. Fun shave!
  20. Some great pictures this morning, gentlemen!

It's a no shave day for me. As I was just about to get into the shower, I got a text from the other guy who runs sound at church. He got called into work, so I needed to hurry to get there for as much rehearsal as possible and I decided skipping my morning shave would be a good idea. I hope everyone has a great day!
