Last Night's Shave - 01/25/2018 This was a great shave, I got this 1981 NOS bottle of Avon Clint - oddly enough - from Amazon. Really a classic Musk that takes me back to better times. This is a AWESOME match to my favorite Soap Commander Scent. Stayed with the Schick Type L, with the Insanely sharp Vintage Schick Plus platinum blade this razor can be aggressive if the angle is off. HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!! Jamie
My kisser is not only frozen-stiff it's as BBS as BBS could be. The mentholated pre-shave soap started the snowball rolling while giving me a nice, mild cooling effect and softening up my stubble as well as leaving my skin spotlessly-clean. The Glacial Lemon Chill soap lathered like a bomb and its wonderful scent filled the bathroom, the menthol hit like a ton of cold bricks, the matching balm and witch hazel were a perfect finish for such a great shave. Needless to say I'm 1,000% satisfied! Hope you enjoy your shaves, and have a wonderful weekend!

Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna Med Prep in the Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Bulgari Man in Black EdT. Bob
26 January 2018 A DFS+ shave this morning topped off with my first use of the Clubman Reserve Brandy Spice aftershave splash. My initial impression is that it goes on strong, but fades nicely as to not overwhelm those within nasal range. Nicely tightens & tones. I'm not good at describing scents so I'll leave that chore to one of the more experienced members when they try it. However, I do like the scent. Razor - Gillette Diplomat Blade - silver star (1) Brush - jayaruh Soap - Route 66 perfect storm Balm - Route 66 perfect storm Post - lavender witch hazel A/S - proraso green This shave was simply magic! Love the soap, the love the balm, the scent is nice but can be strong, it burns the nostrils slightly the balm isn’t has potent. The shave blade is awesome and so was the razor. Bbs smooth

Gillette Fatboy (G3) Razor Personna Israeli Red Blade Frank Shaving Boar Brush Mama Bear Obsessed Soap Dickinson's Witch Hazel Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum After Shave Thanks to @Tim Spencer, this was the first time using any Mama Bear soap and this one did a great job. I was able to whip up a very thick and rich lather without any problem and it provided me with great glide and cushioning. I've never used Calvin Klein Obsession, but this soap smells good. I did two passes with some touch up for a great BBS shave.
