SOTD January 31, 2018 Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap Blade: Schick Proline Razor: Schick G4 '66' injector Brush: Zenith B02 boar Lather: Jeeves of Hudson Street Bay Rum Post: Witch hazel, Jeeves of Hudson Street Black Tea aftershave WTG, touch up Terrific shave here. Superb lather and smooth sailing with the Schick 66. The new-to-me Zenith boar was outstanding. Can't ask for much else. Have a great day!
BBS and very comfortable as well as smelling great. This WSP Formula T Bay Rum sample makes me want to buy a whole puck. The scent and lather are great and the Krampert's Bay Rum was a most delightful finish! Have a fabulous day!

31 January 2018 Very satisfying 2 pass, minor touch-up, BBS shave this morning. Really like the scent of the RR Classic soap. Great performer as well offering up rich, slick lather in no time. Topped it off with that most manly of splashes. I suspect I'll be a chick magnet for the duration of the month. This old rooster is feeling smooth, toned and ready to go. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna Med Prep still in the Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Fine Platinum aftershave. Bob

I had no problem achieving a very smooth and comfortable BBS shave in two passes with some touch up.
I'm not sure where Jim gets it, but maybe the same as me, just a guess. I get it from Family Dollar and possibly Dollar General carries it also.
I get mine at Dollar General too. They used to have both the Brisk & Pacific Rush, but I've not seen the Pacific Rush in a while.
Pacific Rush has been continued. Someone posted an email from Barbasol concerning that a while back. That's sad because Pacific Rush is good stuff.
I saw on here someplace it was going to be discontinued. If I find some, going to have to stock up on it.

He must've had some very good shaves
