The OP mentions a sub forum for SEs. I like that idea!

    wchnu Duck Season!

Almost as much fun as having a Forum dedicated to SE and Injector razors only.

    Supply SE V1 + Modified plate 3 from V2
    Schick Proline [ 1 ]
    Pitralon Original A/S Lotion

I brought V1 of the Supply SE and even on Plate 3 found the Razor too mild for my growth. I seemed to get patchy Shaves despite much polishing up work.

I recently got in touch with Patrick at Supply, who at minimal cost sent me a revised Plate 3 as fitted to V2
of the Razor. It arrived yesterday afternoon- so shaved with it just now.

Loaded up with a Proline blade, and with excellent lather from the P & B Shaved. Nice degree of blade feel yet not aggressive, but immediately noticeable how whiskers were being eliminated efficiently. The Shave was very smooth and comfortable, but also nice and close all round without the need for extra polishing up works
as had been the case before.

The ease and quality of shave attained is as good those I get with my best performing Injectors, though of course it does cost quite a bit more. But now a good addition to my Razor Rotation.

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Ingram Shaving Cream face-lathered well with the JR #257 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Micromatic Bullet Tip Razor using a Personna Gem and Pal CS SE blades and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Florida Water AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This was the third day of the GEM/Pal blade testing. Both blades worked smoothly with no issues.

Proline blade in the Schick 66 for yet another terrific shave. I've focused on this razor this month and will be rotating through my injectors in February. Looking forward to trying Proline and Personna blades in those razors as well. Enjoy your day!

First ever shave with the shick injector. There was some blood loss, but this was a clean shave and the learning curve wasnt as bad as I thought it could be.

Does the newer version reduce the size of the blade stops on the front edge?
That was one fo the biggest impediments

    Vitos Super Red
Supply SE V1 with V2 plate No 3
    Schick Proline [ 2 ]
    Tuff Red A/S Lotion

My second outing with my Supply V1, fitted with a revised Plate 3 from V2. Tried it with a never lets you down Lather, and have to say the Shave was better than Yesterday. Now this Razor IMHO would work very
well for those who find the heads on most AC/SE Razors to large for them. Be interested to see how it goes
with a Personna or Chick, but with the Proline it be very good.:)

Used the 3 inch JR lather catcher handle and my JR #256 Faux Horse "400 type".. My 2nd JR LC handle and my FIRST JR brush and I am using this for a while - perfection and I am shocked by how good the synth Faux Horse knot is! just like a horse hair , without the initial stench, no tangle and denser knot. You get the back bone and the "floppy" loft for lather painting!

    Peace - Jamie

After a month with the Schick 66 and G-Bar it was nice to go back to another injector from my den. I really enjoy this Schick adjustable and it worked like a charm today. Setting 7 for a smooth ride. Have a great day!
