I broke out the L&L Grooming/chatillon lux Gratiot league square soap (I've been waiting forever for this to be introduced), along with the chatillon lux GLS aftershave and cologne.

Wolf whiskers brush with timber wolf knot.
Gillette fat handled tech re-worked by delta echo razorworks with a Gillette silver blue blade.

I always try to factor in a MWF shave occasionally....just to remind myself just how good a soap it is. I am a sucker for interesting packaging which means it is often bypassed for something which looks more interesting.

Uncle Jon knows what he is doing. I love the scent strength and performance. This HIS XL is was my first synthetic, I've used it 600 times, so this is also tbt. I like this brush, but the knot has been surpassed by more recent synthetics, my current favorite is the tuxedo knot.

My first shave of the month was perfectly BBS and so frigidly-cold. The Glacial MITA soap is loaded with some major menthol which kicks in right away. I had such rich, slick lather, the beautiful citrusy/tropical scent filled the bathroom, and its post-shave care felt great. The Glacial Unscented balm and the Alcolado Glacial splash froze me even more!
