  3. Your Technique is trumping that tool! I did a watered down vinegar soak of a couple older boar brushes. Mistake. Vinegar is acetic acid and will strip mineral deposits from a brush. It softened my Omega brushes to the point they didn't have the scritch I like. Like you I found they don't need to soak in water to soften. Just wet them like a synthetic, shake the excess out, and go to the soap.

  4. Hmmmmm. I've never thought about being a leader and author of a new political doctrine. However, given the last couple of years, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be any more disruptive than what we've seen. On the other hand, when I was in my late teens and mentioned that I should run for President, my Mother looked me dead in the eye and, in total seriousness said - "I'd never vote for you so please don't". When your own mother won't vote for you, either you're so far out there you can't see reality, or your ideas would be so revolutionary they would end civilization as we know it. Or, so some have said.

  10. Our Leader, Comrade Neal, either puts a lot of thought into his quips, or he's in tune with what tickles my funny bone.
I included one of his Very Important Messages in my signature. After reading the blossoming idea about developing a Neal App and the follow up post. It struck me that Nealogism had been invented.

    ne·ol·o·gism; nēˈäləˌjizəm/noun
    plural noun: neologisms
a newly coined word or expression.

  12. No disrespect to Russian Steel, but here's a (poorly) translated version of the anthem for those that don't speak Russian.
  13. Thanks Dan! Sterile? I doubt that in our house...surely if you look close enough, there’s bound to be pet hair in that photo! ;)

  14. That’s funny....but somewhat sad. Somebody, somewhere has entirely too much time on their hands. Unless, of course, they did that while they were at work. If that’s the case, it’s totally ok - and not so sad. :)
  15. So, do we get judged if we bought a case deliberately?

  17. I'm certain that any mother... I'm speaking of those with a sound mind... would laugh at, or cringe at the thought of their teenage son becoming a national leader. Whether or no this is true for mothers of sound mind with a teenage daughter I cannot say. So, as long as you're not living in your mother's basement now, you're an adult and can run for president. :happy088:

Outstanding! I feel we have clear direction now along our path.

Don't forget the followers of neologism
