Just so happens today was a shave with a G1. This is one easy to use smooth razor. It was my first use of the Haslinger Sandalwood. I have never even heard of this Austrian soap. Now I have heard. First impressions are outstanding in everyway!! I used a small Eterna boar with a rebranded personna blade. I do not remember how many shaves. There are plenty left in it though. Pinaud Classic Vanilla topped it all off!

Nice shave, Fuzzy! I love Haslinger schafmilch, but I haven't tried the sandalwood.

Sorry Folks - Had naturally got to a SE Rotation a couple more after this and will dig out Injectors. As a follow up to a "Streamline " shave chose an ER 1924 which is more forgiving. I had a very nice comfortable
Shave with a great all round finish, though it took a bit longer than with the "Streamline". Shame the creators of the modern S/S SE/ Gems had not studied how these oldies worked before marketing their goodies.
