SOTD 02.23.18 Gillette D3 Fatboy in White Rhodium, setting #9 JR Synthetic Brush Feather VDH Bowl via barter with @RyX Stirling Dunshire stuff Well...it finally happened. I cut my finger opening a Feather. It was a matter of time. I love the blade but the need for that much adhesive escapes me. For Fatboy Friday I loaded it fresh and cranked it up to 9. Two days growth trembled in fear. The JR synthetic destroyed the well bloomed tub and proceeded to whip up a legendary face lather using the bloom water stored in the VDH bowl. The bowl is much preferred for it's large mouth. Thanks Rick, it gets used every time I shave. I finally made it to the bottom of my Vanilla Sandalwood tub. It's not dead but it sure was nice to see a green circle in the middle. Just in time too. Warm weather will find the VS back in the cabinet directly. Enjoy your day, men. Happy shaving.
