I'm about half way through the bar of Satsuma I ordered on Black Friday. I'm really, really hoping that @ezlovan decides to offer this scent in the various forms at some point... I'm a sucker for citrus scents anyway, and the spice notes in this hits it out of the park for me! Truly great stuff.
@ezlovan - Any of your other scents use dihydromycrcenol? SDM is the only scent of yours that has ever caused me a problem and I was wondering if you use it in anything else. Everything else rocks!
February 27 SOTD: Razor: CJB Pain Stick Blade: Kai Titan Mild Brush: Stirling Kong Lather: Stirling Rose Aftershave: Stirling Rose Additional Care: Stirling Unscented PSB A great start to my day!
The Eskimo Tuxedo has the identical scent to SDM but it contains a menthol charge that can burn your nostrils if they're sensitive. It's not a joke!
Yes! This, lol! I'd say it's maybe a 60/40 split, SDM to menthol smell. What would you say Yuhuda? Sent from my SM-G928T using Tapatalk
Here's my up-to-date list for a Stoylin soap&A.S. purchase for 2019: Xecutive Man Mtn. Man Scots Pine Sandpiper(already have the A.S,, but a combo would permit me to enjoy the soap with it). This list will be edited throughout this year, with further research.
I’m bad at explaining the scent pyramid, but trust that the name Rod gave it is exactly perfectly correct.
Imagine walking in the front door of your grandparents' house, passing just by their freshly cut pine and fir wreath, and seeing a beautiful 8' tall real Christmas tree in full decoration. A fresh batch of gingerbread cookies just came out of the oven and are cooling on the counter. The scent of a spiced candle is lingering in the background somewhere, but you can't pinpoint it. Subtle and not overpowering, very warm aroma. What's this above the doorway?! Fresh mistletoe, just cut that afternoon and hung by grandpa! The berries are crimson red and the sweet smell melds nicely with the woody stem. Yeah, I like Christmas Eve...
