I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #206 two-band badger brush. I did two passes with the Gem Damaskeene Razor using a Personna Gem CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Great scent and performance as usual. I decided to use a Feather with the R5 plate today to see if I can get as close as the Vision but with the smoothness of the Rockwell. Mission partially accomplished - my cheeks feel amazing, but my neck is a little tender.

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: Rockwell 6s R5
    Blade: Feather
    Brush: Brothers Bristles Silver Surfer
    Lather: PAA Oubliette
    Aftershave: PAA Oubliette

Hunkered down and riding out the 2nd nor'easter in a week. Didn't loose power during the last one but did loose some big tree limbs. Heavy, wet snow will probably bring down some more. I'll open a lumber yard this spring.

    Delightful shave though!

No shave post today, an explanation: Same exact thing as the last 7 days, so I plan to try my RR hawk, @ NorthernPickle tomorrow. Wish me luck without a pivot. Got a good shave today, so I will wish the same for all and God Bless.

    The Bunny V3 (Nosto plate)
    Personna (6)
    Stirling Baker Street
    Yaqi Professional (28mm, Destroyer class)

First shave with The Bunny, decided to go with the NOSTO plate because I usually like a little more blade feel. Riding on a bed of Stirling super goop the Bunny was smooth as silk! Absolutely marvelous, the angle practically set itself, whiskers were wiped away and there was no sense of harshness. This razor could easily take the #1 injector spot. Its going to be a real pleasure using the Bunny for the next couple of shaves before I have to pass it on. Have a great day my friends!

Heljestrand/wedge blade again performed very well, much preferred to the Gem SS. For my head shave a fresh vintage Wilkinson in the shimmed Stahly, Rockwell handle. Relaxed, super close two passes. I wouldn't travel with my Shake Sharp or Apollo but I think the easily replaced Stahly will be my go-to when I head to Asia for the summer. Stupid good.[IMG]
