  10. My first razor was the Rockwell 6s in gunmetal and sadly I haven't picked it up since January. Used my birth year SS for my 30 day focus then did a week of SE then now the shavette. Seems like a really good razor though. What are your thoughts?
  11. I think you have some good points here. It seems like you will see someone say that a particular product "doesn't agree" with them which is about as vague a statement as possible. Does that mean that it didn't perform well for them, that they didn't like the scent, or that they burst into flames when they use it?

BTW, is it my imagination or are personal care products some of the most complicated consumer choices out there? A while back, I was doing some shopping for my in-laws and my mother-in-law asked me to pick up deodorant for her. Have you ever looked at the literal wall of women's deodorants at Walmart or Target? In many product areas, the store is tending to maximize shelf space by limiting items to the one or two most popular options, but not deodorant. (Slightly off-topic: my local Walgreens has cut its shaving section to little more than one shelf unit and even dropped both the Trac II and Atra carts.)

The work week continues on with the next big deadline this Thursday. I decided to reward myself and pull out on of my favorite soaps to go with one of my favorite DE razors. The MdC Fougere is very easy to whip into a rich lather with a scent that feels the room. I consistently get excellent shaves when I use MdC and this morning was no exception. Three passes and touch ups along my neck ended with a perfect BBS shave. I followed with a splash of Thayer'w with menthol and Agua Balsamica ending an overall excellent shave. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.
