Thanks, it has the original knot which is too floppy for my liking. I’ll likely spend the money and get a quality two band knot for it.

March Madness!!! March 24 Razor - 1959 (E1) Gillette Super Speed Blade - (3) Soap - Proraso Green Tub Brush - Stirling Two Band Synthetic Post - Alum One thing about going back to basics and using a setup like this one - there's no drama to report on or other problems to discuss. The SS, Ladas, Proraso and Stirling brush do one thing. Provide a DFS result or better in two passes and a bit of touch up. That's it. It would be boring if it wasn't just a delight to have that result time and time again. Enough of this perfection. Gonna change it up to a different blade tomorrow night. I think I'll risk disaster by using an Astra SP. Yeah, that sounds dangerous enough. Raining all day here, supposed to rain pretty much through Thursday. Flood alerts are beginning to be a thing so it must be Spring. We'll be moving to high ground instead of being a few feet above flood stage so we can safely ignore those alerts in the future. Hope you have an enjoyable Sunday!
