A very un-taxing shave today that yielded higher than expected dividends. It was so effortless, I came close to losing interest. The only deduction I can come to is that the hardware and software combination this morning jointly worked together to deliver a BBS shave. I think I owe it all to technique however. Must give credit where credit is due.

    Cream: Proraso Blue
    Brush: Omega S10065 synthetic
    Bowl: Dollar Tree salsa
    Razor: Fatip Grande
    Blade: Personna Red (3)
    Aftershave: Aqua Velva Ice Blue

Good morning friends. A truly fine three pass shave today with the Schick Adjustable fitted with a twin blade. Marvelous lather from the Speick shave cream. I am smooth and refreshed. Enjoy your day friends. ☺️

PAA CANE (2016 edition) soap and splash - My Favorite Menthol scent! Barbershop/Candy Cane delight.

THE VALET VC4- my 2nd shave ever with this razor - SS Feather Spineless blade (on 2nd and last shave - great blade - but I only get 2 shaves out of it, i am sure i could stretch it, but i got a million blades - so why bother?) I LOVE THE VC4 - the last Valet made - such a great shave - i find the angle SO EASY - RIGID BLADE ! feels like a Carbon blade - but its not...
    Take care...

The Star razor is a WWII model that comes in a nice travel container and mine is in really good shape. And it shaves nicely also, mild but effective and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

    Razor: Super MX Cartridge (4)
    Pre Shave Oil: Homemade
    Brush: VDH Badger
    Lather: Proraso Green
    MS: Mennen Afta

Each shave with this cartridge, brings a little more experience (not used to 3 blades all at once). It seems that the thicker the Proraso is, the smoother the shave, (well duh). I just didn`t realize the obvious, I guess. On the other hand, the Gillette Guard seems to like thinner lather. With a 2 pass shave, WTG/ATG and some extra clean up around the chin area, I am well pleased (Maybe a BBS), it is smooth, clean and pretty close. God Bless.

    Bill
