Moving a little slow this morning. Yesterday was a very busy travel day. I was pleasantly surprised that Asha and I were able to tour several apartments. A nice dinner and since the doctor recommended no more than 1 beer I decided to make it count Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just incase anyone was wondering.....This right here is a fantastic setup. Jayaruh just knocked this handle out of the park. It is a little larger version of the Elite handle. I still want one of the original, but this will certaintly keep me happy until then. Colgate Cup Soap just loves the big ole Omega 98 boar in the JR 176. Yessss indeed!! Great way to start a @%#&÷@$$ day shift.
The combo of a Treet Platinum blade in the $1 Pacific razor continues to excel. 5 shaves on the blade and still going strong. Going in for a 100 pack. Super lathered with a mix of Ingram and KMF Lavender. Good times. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
If he flakes out we will just deny any knowledge of the event, play the fight song and remind everyone we've always been at war with Oceania. Sent from my SM-S327VL using Tapatalk
April 21, 2017 Feather MR3 Neo OneBlade Tuxedo Pacific Caffeinated Shave Cream Fine L’Orange Noir With apartments to tour today, I had to get up and moving. Given carry on restrictions, the Feather Neo cartridge razor got the call. The Pacific shaving cream was a gift from the my wife. She can’t pass up the Target clearance rack. The Cream was easy to lather, adequately slick and had a nice minty type scent. Two passes ended in a very smooth shave. A splash of Fine L’Orange and I hope I’m ready for the day. I hope everyone has a great Saturday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Happy Record Store Day! We have a whole lot of nothing planned around the house today, and I’m looking forward to it. Back to my focus today. 16th Shave with this set up. Muted the tips, and got a BBS woth only a few weepers. A light touch is starting to pay off. Going to see one of my favorite musicians tonight, Shooter Jennings. Should be a good day.
The travel razor is a Simplex head on what seems to be an older travel Tech handle. They were sold in vending machines. There was a thread recently about how a batch of these showed up on eBay and a number of us bought one or more. IIRC, Fuzzy bought several specifically for the vintage Williams cream that was also included in the kit. It's a bit more aggressive than, say, a Bakelite Tech or Clix but nothing unreasonable. (i.e., I might call it aggressive, you'd probably call it Tuesday.)
It's rotten, just rubbish. I'm going to teach it a lesson by working it to death.I'm going to allow all my other razors to lay around and be lazy, and just use it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
