(1) Shaving I'm considering stripping off the nickel, going raw brass. (2) Peaches - alternative Z axis geometry (3) Apple Jelly, or Apple Butter?
That Peaches teaches other subjects. DJs love her songs for the insane hooks... We should probably return to our regularly scheduled programming. Your selection?
Arko Adjustable April!! April 25 Razor - Schick Type M Adjustable Injector Blade - (4) Soap - Arko Brush - Semogue 620 Post - Alum I made the decision to stay with the adjustable razors through the end of the month. Six shaves left, can't quit now. Besides, my Schick M has a blade in it with 3 shaves on it and I know it's good for more than that. So, The Semogue Boar and Arko, and the Injector set wide open with a Schick blade is the call. The Semogue 620 is a smaller brush and I sometimes end up loading it a little light. That wasn't the case today. Nice load, great lather and two passes gave me a great DFS. I decided to go for the baby and ended up with a small cut on my right jawline. Oops. Still, very near BBS finish and all is good. The injector definitely provides a fine smooth shave and is fun to use. Now if only the handle wasn't so clunky looking. Day off tomorrow and I play to spend some time with my gear getting ready for MAYhem!! Less than a week to go! Keep those great shaves coming for this month. We're a bit behind the pace for last year but we have five days to blow it out of the water!
Thank you, Clint! Thank you, Jim! I’m merely trying to keep up with the photo skills you, Clint and the others display. That’s some effective treatment!
Looks like a nice shave Neil! I'm anxious to see what's in store for MAYhem. I have have nothing crazy planned, just try and get a good shave from a razor that usually leaves my face raw after a couple of passes. It's been a couple of months since I've used it and I feel my technique is greatly improved since then. We shall see in May. Bring it on! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
I predict you'll be amazed at how well that razor works with your new set of skills on board. Looking forward to seeing how it goes for you!
A raw brass Slim would certainly be different. And if you didn't like it, it would then be easy to coat or plate.
Only if you rubbed ash, ink, or gunpowder in to the wound before you closed it. (this is not a MAYhem challenge idea)
The best part of that video - the ad trying to sell collections of nuclear test footage. Don't tell me the Russians aren't all closet capitalists.
Love seeing a Fatip in use. Yep, you can bleed if you don't watch it, but that's what makes a razor GREAT!
A simple two step plan for MAYhem: 1) Rock down to Electric Avenue 2) Take it higher In fact, I just might: Rock it in the daytime -and- Rock it through the night (in other words, no plan yet)
