    Blade: Crystal (3)
    Post-shave: Assured WH, Nivea Men Sensitive PS Balm, Family Dollar Spice AS

    Been busy the last couple of days. Finally took the time to shave this evening. Very relaxing. Close, comfortable with the Black Beauty and Crystal combo. The Stirling lather was amazing!

    I have tried to periodically keep up with the thread the last couple of days but finally just had to give up. More later.

    Razor - Schick Type M Adjustable Injector
    Blade - [​IMG] (6)
    Pre-Shave - Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap
    Soap - Arko
    Brush - Jayaruh #54
    Post - Alum

    Third and final shave with the Schick M for the month. This makes six shaves on the blade and it's performing just fine. I added the Stirling pre-shave soap back in tonight just to add that touch of menthol. It does leave a great after-shave feel as well. JR54 to continue trying to kill the Arko ring 'o' death. We're getting there.

    Two passes, some extra touch up and it's close enough to a BBS to say I got close if not there. How about that for specifics? Let's see - to put it in more of a phrase that might sound like me - it's close enough to a BBS to be a BBS without being one. There, that sounds better.

    Hope you have a great and fun weekend! Three days left in April and then it's MAYhem! Time to get your plan together whether it's a wild one or something more sane. More on that later!

    More prayers. I understand what this is like to live through. I have a brother who is living through something similar, although it would seem more functionally. I have seen firsthand, how it can it shred apart an entire family. What you are doing is hard, and I admire you for it.

    Shaved this morning. Had a routine 2 pass shave, went to work for a bit and then headed out of town for kids sports stuff. Will have the usual hotel shave this weekend and then home again Sunday afternoon.

    After getting my confidence back with a few nice shaves with the Super-speed, decided to try my hand at the Karve again. Decided to try the milder B plate, with a Gillette Nacet, and was rewarded with a damn fine shave +. I used Andrew's suggestion to just try to wipe away the lather, it helped quite a bit. Did a good job cleaning up the problem areas on my neck, but not with out some redness, but hell most of time I get the redness, without the closeness achieved tonight. Finished off the shave with healthy splash of William's Aqua Velva, I'm really digging this splash. Have nice weekend, Gentlemen.

    I usually bring out the big razors for the weekend. The edge felt great and I thought all is good so I went pretty aggressive. I was hoping for an epic shave but fell short. I was overly aggressive and the alum let me know it.

    Irritation A- Closeness A Smoothness A+ Sharpness A+

    Razor: Koraat 7/8 half hollow
    Strop: Herrold Russian leather
    Brush: Simpson Polo 8
    Pre: Nivea
    Soap: Razorock P.160
