Asha graduates from Alabama next Saturday morning and Maya graduates from high school on 5/24 so they will be done soon as well.

Now 200 posts behind and here i am . Been busy . Heres Fridays shave , which i didnt have a chance to post . I was sent some gracious ToBS samples from Jack@sparrow from Japan. Many thanks again Jack. Tried the sandlewood and my girlfriend and my daughter are raving over how nice it smells . Also used a 7 oclock black blade for head and face shave and left the den feeling like a King. Really matched well with Polo black.
El cheapo day. $1 Pacific DE Razor. Feather blade (6th shave, I think) Barbasol Arctic Chill Cold water If I could get someone to make this razor with the exact same tolerances in a sturdier material, it would be hard to beat. Maybe even the stuff of legend. The Feather is holding strong. The Arctic Chill was nice, and the shave was so easy that I didn't bother with aftershave. Cold water splash, spray on some Boucheron, and off to church we go. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
Yep. In retirement, my Bride and I can no longer afford Poodles and Noodles. Now, we order Chow Chow Mein when we go out.
Rockwell 6c (4) Wilkinson Sword Classic (2) Fendrihan Synthetic West of Olympia Grayscale Thayer's Witchhazel Rosepetal Williams Aqua Velva Got a nice close comfortable BBS shave tonight. Upon figuring out the Rockwell 6c, it's been a real pleasure to use, and the Williams Aqua Velva is like magic in a bottle, it soothes and heals like a balm and smells fantastic. I took an unorthodox approach to tonight's shave, I decided to use a couple of products I don't really care for, namely the Wilkinson and the West of Olympia, and on both counts I was reminded why I don't care for them. The West of Olympia soap has some fragrance oils or something which which causes a like burning feeling on contact, it doesn't cause any redness or irritation after shaving, just feels uncomfortable on the skin. The Wilkinson, on the other hand is blade I like for every area of the shave, except my upper lip, on my upper lip the blade just feels incredibly harsh, and slightly irritating. Which is unfortunate, because the blade is quite sharp, and does a great job mowing down whiskers. Have a nice evening and morning Gents, and enjoy your shaves. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
And kippers. I never go anywhere without a couple tins of kippers. They can totally save your day when you get stuck without lunch.
