Back to the Kampfe Star. Switched the Treet Super back to it tonight for its third shave. Decided to use the El Caballero with the 30DC brush. Lather was no problem at all. Slick, cushy, instant. The Kampfe is a very interesting looking razor when it's loaded. That blade just sticks out and you know it's headed your way. Again, like the Gem Junior, the weight of the head of this thing is perfect once you're on angle. No added pressure, just let the razor do the work. Noisy, effective, FUN and provides a great shave.

Three full passes and the alum is barely warm. A couple of hot spots where I got a little heavy on the ATG, but other than that a very fine and bloodless shave. And the Treet blade? It will go a few more with no problems. Gotta love a shave like this.

I really like Booster Mosswood as a good mild barbershop type scent. I think you will like it. It just has one of those scents that makes me think of sitting in the chair getting my 3 hairs clipped. I don't know Catie's too well. I only have a sample they gave out at last years Maggard's meet, and although the scent is kind of blah for me, the soap was of good quality. I always here good things about them. Growing up in NJ myself, I keep saying I have to give them a try one of these days. Just too many great products out there!

Superb Shave
Talbot yields lather that meets or exceeds any I've used. The 6s mowed down my stubble in easy comfort through three passes. CB finished it off with a cool matching splash.

Hello friends. A very fine shave this morning with the Pal Adjustable. This Strop Shoppe soap somehow ended up in my den years ago. Despite being a weak performer at best, the scent is nice. I finished with Old Spice. Smooth and refreshed, enjoy your day friends. ☺

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #285 brush. I did two passes with the Supply Provision with a Schick Proline B20 blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Mennen Skinbracer AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
