Just goes to show spending lots of money doesn't make something better. Sometime it does, but we can still enjoy our Drug Store AS! Thanks for Enabling in Low Places.
Great black and white photo Perry. Thanks for reporting on the aftershave. I’ve wondered about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I may go pick up a bottle today. The more I read about it... "It is sweet and dirty and musky and it made me smell like a guy who wears suspenders with his t-shirt while working at his flea market booth." (That's supposed to be a negative review, but it intrigues me now.)
Mother's day Razor: Blackbird OC Blade: Bolzano Superinox (3) Brush: SOC boar Soap: PAA Bay Rum Lucky Tiger face tonic AS: B&M Bay Rum Good morning friends! Great two pass shave this morning. DFS. The Bolzano Superinox performed very nicely on its third use. Worthy of a bulk purchase? Maybe. I have two more that I'm going to try in other razors before committing. The PAA Bay Rum soap performed wonderfully, the scent is a different story. To my nose it doesn't smell like bay rum, it smells like opening a jar of pickles. It doesn't bother me but not something I would have purchased had I smelled it first. Have a great Mother's day gentlemen! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
That's what happens when you horn in on the cookie business. Damned Keebler Elves will have to find a new tree now.
Was in Walmart the other day and saw this and the Gillette Cool Wave. I liked the scent of the Gillette more, so went with it. Might have to try the dynamic pulse next. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
May 13 SOTD: Razor: Gillette Fatboy Blade: Sputnik Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket Lather: Soapy Science Doc's Special Blend Aftershave: Chatillon Lux Unconditional Surrender Additional Care: Stirling Unscented PSB Great shave this morning, and this soap is a definite keeper. Slick and protective. Unconditional Surrender for the finish, and I am headed to New Orleans for the week to do a gap assessment on our refinery there. I hope everyone has a great day!
IIRC, Neal said they were going to the Missouri equivalent of the Burning Man Festival. I expect in Missouri they call it Burning Van, and the van was forcibly confiscated from a cartel that usually used it as a mobile meth lab or for meth deliveries -- and the cartel's cookies were also "contributed" to give the participants something to nibble on while watching the meth van glow.
Thank you, Clint Great photo Jim! Good to hear you enjoyed the soap. Have a safe trip! Sent from my SM-T800 using Tapatalk
