Thanks Andrew! I had bidding war going and literally at the last second I put in a higher amount and it appeared as I didn’t win.. lol I was out with my family at dinner when I thought I lost.. I shut my phone down and when I checked it after dinner I had won. I could have sworn that I didn’t get that last bid in on time..

Received this yesterday. It is almost, and I emphasize 'almost' exactly like my tub of Jabonman Vetiver de Haiti. I am not sure I am going to even use it. Meh. Not to mention...pricey.

Lol why buy a soap you can’t bring yourself to use? 0.o

I did say that. Haven't you ever purchased a soap that was heretofore completely unfamiliar to you and been disappointed when it arrived? I spent $47 for a tub of soap, which turns out is almost exactly like something I already own. That's why I am contemplating not using it and just selling it. Nothing more complicated than that. I have had a run of disappointing purchases this year.

Oooooooooh!!! I’m sorry I thought you bought a cheaper version of a more expensive soap which you didn’t want to use.. not a soap that already matches a soap you already have and therefore disappointed that you shelled out the Money for. Lol my bad ..

No worries. Not a bad experience. I had hoped for something new and exciting. Not a retread of what I already have.

I saw this Russian razor and Muhle shaving brush and had to pick them up.

Mitchell’s Wool Fat in ceramic bowl. I definitely don’t need another soap, but I’ve imagined the bowl on my marble counter and that’s what sold me. Second round with Mitchell’s- the first was a refill puck. Good stuff.
