1. Kinda goes back to my post about wondering if I was once part of the group Fake Men Of America before being a soap bloomer. I'm proud to have graduated from FMA University now that I bloom my soaps. :)
  2. We need to get a location for the World organization. Tokyo? Prague? Stockholm? Madrid? Cleveland?
  3. Lol. I got video proof I dont need no stinking blooming...:prrr:
    They prolly sip O'douls too.

  7. Actually, I’ve gotta say, I’ve never even tried to lather Williams. Took it out of the box years ago and gagged at the stank! Figured there was no way I was putting that cat pee on my face! Thought I’d put it in the shower and try to use it up there, but that just stank up the whole bathroom... so I chucked it in the trash.

  10. Love that razor. Big ole smile.

    What a waste!! :prrr:

I can use one of those...... Your turn...:signs136:
  11. She’s smiling because I’m going to use Williams soap for her next shave.
  12. I actually do. Stirling Soaps are my hands down favorite. They are a little on the soft side. And they come in the most glorious stanks!

I use all styles of lathering to get my shave. I like lather wet and sloshy and fail to understand the problem with me doing so!
  13. I don't have a problem with wet and sloshy, but you can get that with a wet brush, you don't have to sog the puck to get wet lather.

  14. Might be a do.
  15. I read a post here from someone who doesn't wet ANYTHING...the brush OR the soap. I tried that once, and very quickly came up with the following reply(see below):

    Uh-no
  16. That's 2 shave products that have been given the description of smelling like Cat P

  17. In the non-bloom world are you allowed to bloom your brush?

  18. I'm pretty sure if I invested the time and practice for the learning curve, I'd have no problem.

Just like I'm going to go thru the learning curve to use Williams. Wet, dry, synthetic, badger, bloomed and not bloomed.... After which, you will not hear me whining about how someone else uses something they have paid for.

The anti-barbs are so shocked to think anyone should be allowed to use shaving cream from a can. I went back, gave Barbasol a try and found a way to make it acceptable for my use.

I'd bet I could even use mayonnaise.
  19. It looks bloomed after the shave, not before.
