I just got my Georgetown Pottery scuttle in. However it appears they sent me a G12 second instead of a G20 second as it only held 12 ounces of water, but honestly it seems big enough and since I only do one pass shaves with a cartridge razor I'm guessing it will keep the lather warm enough. I may just keep it and tell them not to worry about the extra 5 bucks and keep it as a tip. I just really wanted the big one when I ordered. I will say it is a very nice scuttle and if the seconds have little imperfections I sure cant see them.
I liked those sheets so much I downloaded all of them! When someone asks, I post up a copy for their particular Gillette. Still have hard drive space for Schick sheets, too. Thank you Jim!

I have a Dr.Jons soap and aftershave coming today. I had a tin of Dr.Jons some time ago and never really gave it a chance, now that I have I'm a fan.
Georgetown Pottery customer service is excellent and so are their scuttles. I told them not to worry about the scuttle mix-up of sending the G12 Second instead of the G20 Second and to keep the 5 buck difference. They told me to send them a pic of the scuttle. I did and informed them that I would rather keep the G12 as the depth of the lathering bowl seemed perfect for my brush knots. They credited my 5 bucks anyway and informed me they were sending me a "little something extra out today for my awesomeness." I cant wait to see what it ends up being!
My Simpsons Tulip 3 and TSS Stainless Steel XL Brush Stand arrived today from The Superior Shave. I like the look and feel of both of them. I'd also like to thank the Superior Shave for the bonus they threw in the box, a 90g bar of Alles Seife "Men Only" Shaving Soap No. 1. I haven't used a shaving soap in a while and plan on giving it a go the next time I shave. It has a very nice scent.
I have a bunch of cracked-handle NEW and Old Types, so I am waiting for this to arrive: Time to do some razor-renovations!
