Tonight's shave was with a nice German made razor. I had a 2 pass shave, that left BBS results. Zero issues.

Razor- J.A.Henckels 50 1/2. Zwillingswerk Solingen Germany. Made for the German Market.
Brush- JR #262. Ebony/Birdseye Maple. WD Silvertip Badger Knot.
Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy Scented
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice.

I’ve been wanting to use my Lund near wedge again. Wonderful shave and I’m starting to dial into it’s nuances.

Super smooth BBS shave this afternoon. Country Club makes top notch soaps, wheather its the vegan, tallow, or the new greek yoguart formula. It's good to see them back in business and coming up with new products. The scent of Dark Forest is on the clean end of woodsy scents, almost cologne like. Lather was good enough to do the 3rd pass with just residual lather, without getting irritation. Finished off with Clubman Whiskey Woods, this is one of the newer scents and it smells sweet, having good longevity, and no worries about smelling like a distillery. Hope everyone is doing well and getting great shaves!

Today's Seville shave was very nice. The tub I purchased must have been sitting for a while (old label, etc.) because it had shrunk a bit in the container, and when I lathered it yesterday, some small chunks came loose in my brush. Today, after a good soaking ) @wchnu ), it loaded easier and was "chunk free". The R41 on day two didn't bite me as it did yesterday, but I think the Personna 74 has seen it's last shave, especially if I am going to push the envelope and use the Mühle again tomorrow too. I am strongly reminded of Acqua di Parma Colonia, which by all accounts, is a very good thing. Thanks for asking Gus. I think I'll have a third go at it tomorrow.

I like that brush a 'megalot' (sic) Mark. Nice...

Jamie, dig the Batman Bath Foam! Does it include Bat shark repellent! Just watch the Batman Movie last week with Adam West (A family favorite), and am still laughing. Nice brush - too cool my friend.

I could not agree more - the Baby Smooth bests both the Mamba & GC for my tastes. It is a great razor. Don't have the MJ so I can't comment on that one..
