Changed the oil in my wife’s car and for the first time in my newish car. The oil filter on my Honda is in an awkward place and none of my filter cap wrenches were small enough to tighten it. New car new tools. Time to go shopping and add to the collection. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

It was yesterday, but I grilled up some pork sausage from a boar I hunted and shot. (Insert Tim the tool man’s gorilla sound here).
I reattached a closet rail that came loose. Then I went to wash my hands and found that there was no running water. I fixed that the easy way; by waiting until the lawn sprinkler service turned it back on.
Cleaned up an old leather gun holster with Peak saddle soapI plan on gifting it to a friend.While cleaning I was rather enjoying scent of the saddle soap so I searched my mind and reached the conclusion : Denim Classic and the opening notes of English Leather. Rather nice.

Not today, but yesterday. Yesterday was Father’s Day, and the wife told me to relax. I got up early, trying to beat the heat and surprised by wife by washing her truck. Then came home and honed a straight razor. Around noon I went to my brother’s house, and went swimming in his pool. Hung out with my brother, my father, my son, and niece and nephew. I fixed some damaged arrow points, with my Dremel. They were bent at the tips from landing in wooden target stands. I used a grinding bit, to remove the little bends so they are pointed again.
