Pre: Cold water face wash Brush: Semogue 1470 Boar Soap: Palmolive Stick Razor: E-R 1912 Peerless Blade: Gem Blue Star CS Post: Cold water rinse, Pitralon Classic ASL Back to basics this morning and it was a cracker. The aluminium handle of the Peerless makes the 1912 delightfully head heavy and in theory the Palmolive stick is all the soap I'll ever need, in practice, well that's a completely different story. Finished off nicely with the Pitralon, it's a classic for a reason. Happy Shaving one and all.

Menthol Monday's Shave Proraso Pre Shave Proraso Shaving Soap Jayaruh #284 Synthetic English Ever-Ready GEM CS SE CWR Thayers Peach WH PSC Caffeinated AS I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Proraso Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #284 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the English Ever-Ready SE Razor with a GEM CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then PSC Caffeinated AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Mon. 7/2/18 Good morning friends. A fine three pass shave today with the Gillette Sensor 5 and Shave Secret. It may not be fancy but sure leaves your face feeling moisturized. Enjoy your day friends. ☺️

Sunday Night Shave - JULY 1, 2018 - PEPPERMINT MANIA!!! Uncle Jon's New peppermint stick - I HIGHLY recommend this for the peppermint lovers - lots of menthol in the soap, the alcohol free witch hazel splash has a TON of Menthol!! really nice as the witch hazel step - Used the amazing PAA CANE ( my favorite Mint/Menthol splash - even better than OSAGE! haha) to finish it with a tiny amount of 444 rubbed in hand palm with the CANE - such a nice soothing affect. PEACE and Happy MONDAY - Jamie
Star 1912 style razor Gem Blue Star blade Plisson/L'Occitane brush Williams SS (modern) Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe Tally-Ho Cologne Shave ended up nice but I sure do need to practice more with the Williams. My mojo is slightly out of tune with it so I think I'll use it all week and see if I can get it back. The Star is a real prize, always a good shave with it. For me, it just works better than the rest of my SE's. And the Tally-Ho is great. Very vintage and smells like it but both my wife and I like it so that's good. Who cares what my grandkids think of it. Now go enjoy your day folks
Good morning friends, its been so hot i havent shaved in a couple of days, i think ill pull out the cold stuff from Stirling.
