Yep. FYI, that is soap residue on the metal, when cleaned up it looks pristine. My razor has a date code of B-3. According to Razor Emporium's dating chart for Gillette, mine falls into a 1956 manufacture year. I tend to give a 'range' when I give 'circa' years in my descriptions, mostly because I'm not 100% certain what info to trust.

Ikon El Jefe/Maggard MR-5 Handle Razor Schick Pro Line P-30 Blade Frank Shaving Badger Brush Proraso Green Soap Dickinson's Witch Hazel Aqua Velva After Shave Since getting this razor from @Kypros Christodoulides, I've been anxious to use it. Today, the Pro Line blades arrived and I was ready. There's been talk of problems with blade alignment, which I noticed. But honestly, after loading the blade in the razor, it's not a problem if you're holding the head back while tightening the handle. At first I thought the wide head might be a problem, but it wasn't. This time of the year, with high temps and humidity, my face gets irritated and a bit on the red side. So I went with two passes and got a near perfect BBS shave and I might just go back and touch up that one spot under my chin, my trouble area. I never thought I would use a razor using AC type blades, but am glad I now have the opportunity to do so. All I can say is, nice..............

Nice Old Spice mug + SC Endurance combo. What kind of mug is that one by the way? I don't remember seeing that particular mug version/model before. I like it.
SOTD July 2nd Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap Schick Injector J1 Personna 30DCLE (26mm, Frigate Class) Dry Dock Lather Bowl Stirling Glacial Lemony Orange soap and AS I'm off work this week and I've been waiting for my Stirling package, it finally arrived! It's been a hot day here and my chores are done so why not cool down with a frozen Stirling teat! Cold water and lost it menthol were the theme of the shave. Really really like the scent of Lemony Orange. I get the sweetness of the orange in the foreground and the tartness of the lemon poking through here and there. My first glacial shave and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (my eyes only watered a little), I guess I built up my tolerances with Iced Pineapple. I also realized that I haven't used an injector in a while so the j1 got drafted this week. Have a great evening my friends! Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
Thanks, Tim. According to this website (http://www.oldspicecollectibles.com/Mugs/Canadian Mugs.html), the mug I have was produced for the Canadian market sometime after 1989, since it contains a reference to Procter & Gamble underneath the front logo. Canadian Mug 04 I have several Old Spice mugs, and I think that one is my favorite! -- Sammy
